We are happy to complete exchanges within 30 days if the product is in its original packaging, bundles are not opened, and are in perfect condition.

  • How do I sign up for Nanobead Hair Extension Training?
    To sign up for our hands-on training program please visit our "Training" page and fill out the contact form. We will be in contact with you within two business days.
  • Can I return or exchange my hair?
    Yes! We accept returns and exchanges up until 30 days after you receive your items. The products you are returning/exchanging must be in original packaging, unopened, and in perfect condition. Please see our "Returns & Exchanges" page for more details and information on how to complete a return/exchange.
  • Will nano extensions damage my hair?
    No! Nanobead extensions are scientifically proven to NOT damage your natural hair.
  • Can I wear my hair up with nano extensions?
    YES! You can do anything with the nano method including braids, high pony tails, messy buns AND MORE!
  • How do you colour match my natural hair?
    We colour match your natural hair with our beautiful 25 blends and tones swatch to get the perfect colour just for you.
