Returns:

 

We will fully refund any purchase, as long as the return is completed within 30 days of receiving the item(s) and is in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on products that have already been installed, used, or do not have their original packaging intact. Please fill out this form to request any returns.

Exchanges:

We are happy to complete exchanges within 30 days if the product is in its original packaging, bundles are not opened, and are in perfect condition. Any product that is opened, has its original packaging discarded, or are not in perfect condition do not apply to this exchange policy. Please fill out this form to request any returns.

Order $2,000 or more in hair and receive a substantial 30% discount off the price of your hair! It doesn't stop there... Spend $200 or more and we will cover the shipping for you (Excludes Priority)! 2. Place your order early

​

By placing your order early, you are ensuring a quicker delivery time! Orders placed before 2pm will be guaranteed delivery the next business day (If using Priority Overnight service, some exceptions apply). Any order placed after 2pm will not be guaranteed to be sent out until the following business day. By utilizing Priority shipping and placing your order early (before 2pm), we can help get that hair to you FAST so you and your clients stay happy!

3. Inspect goods for accuracy upon delivery

​

We always put quality first in any of the products we offer, and we always triple check our orders for accuracy before being sent out  - though we understand that sometimes things happen and our products may arrive damaged due to unforeseen events or situations beyond our control. Lucky for you, we want to make it easy for you to get help! Within 5 days of delivery, please inspect the products you received and reach out to us ASAP if any issues arise such as: wrong colour sent, hair is damaged, etc. Proof of damaged products upon delivery will be required in order for a refund or an exchange to be made.
